Swap Meet

Our Club has to fundraise – it is the only way for us to purchase equipment and keep the cost of the Centre fees down. 

Funds are raised for the club through two main avenues.

The Beaudesert & District Little athletics canteen is open every Saturday of competition. 

Our biggest fundraiser is our annual SWAP MEET. 

This year it will be held on Sunday 27^th November 2011 at the Beaudesert Show Grounds.

It is compulsory for a parent from each family to put in at least 4 hours to assist with this fundraiser.  Some help is required on the Saturday to set up but most help is needed on Sunday.  Work on the gates begins at 3.45am and the canteen opens at 5am.  The day usually winds up around lunchtime with the cleaning up of the grounds on the Sunday afternoon. 

If the workload is shared by all the day runs smoothly and the benefits to the club and the athletes are worthwhile.  Please nominate your preference to assist on the forms provided.
